“Testimonials”

Dubbing with NGD these soft crinkly fibres twist into a rope very easily. Tied slim and brushed out the effect is very “buggy” indeed

The Twister offers options from dense bulky bodies to sparse hackled flies.

Magnus Angus – Fly Fishing and Fly Tying magazine.

The dubbing is a lovely soft fibre, very easy to work with and ideal for creating bodies on dry flies as it dubs down very fine

Trout Fisherman magazine

NGD fibres produce that almost translucent “veiling effect” and lovely bodies. I was very impressed.

About NGD Flies

 ABOUT US

Giuliano Masetti has been involved with all aspects of fishing and particularly fly tying for the best part of 40 years. Born in Italy, Giuliano has traveled the world and done almost anything and everything to keep house and home together whilst leaving time for his beloved sport.

Equally at home in the USA and Europe and South America, Giuliano has lived and worked in Africa where he found time to set up a small factory manufacturing flies in Kenya. Currently living in the UK, Giuliano has become one of this country’s most respected fly tiers and recently tied the “Prince of Wales” fly The Ich Dien which was presented to HRH The Prince of Wales in June 2005 by The Flyfishers Club of which HRH is patron.

In 1993, Giuliano turned the world of fly fishing upside down when he invented the worlds’ first “reverse/inverse” fly known as the “Waterwisp”. Giuliano has now introduced this style into the UK with the launch of the “Sweetwater” range of fine dry flies.

Also launched this year is a new range of flies tied with Next Generation Dub in patterns to suit almost every fisherman whether he fishes for Trout, Salmon, Sea Trout, Steelhead, Pike, Bass or many other saltwater species.
